Letter from employer, mentioning the number of workers required in each category with monthly salaries, period of the contract, duty hours, food, accommodation, medical facilities, insurance, air passage and all other amenities for the workers.
Power of Attorney
A letter issued by the employer authorizing us to act on behalf of the employer in recruiting the required number of workers and to carry
out all the necessary formalities related to the respective Embassy and the related department of the Government of Nepal.
This agreement is made between the Employer and the Employees on the company letterhead stating clearly all the terms and conditions
regarding manpower supply from Nepal.
Guarantee & Undertaking
This letter should be issued by the employer addressing to the Director General, Department of Labour, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal that the
workers will be working in the same country and company mentioned in the Demand Letter, and they will not be sent to work in any other
This agreement is made by both parties stating clearly all the terms and conditions regarding the entire recruitment procedures.
Letter of Guarantee
A formal letter to the Director General, Department of labour, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal that the employer will be fully responsible to the
